Gregg Giaquinto, Esq.

Gregg Giaquinto serves as President and CEO of RBC Rochdale, where he sets strategic direction and leads the firm's Executive Leadership Team. Since joining RBC Rochdale in 2007, Gregg has built a distinguished track record of operational excellence and enterprise-wide leadership, overseeing Sales Strategy, Marketing, Client Experience, Salesforce Platform Management, Investment Management and Research, and all Client Service and Operations functions.

With three decades of experience in financial services and compliance, Gregg brings deep expertise across banking, regulation, and business operations. He began his career at FINRA (formerly NASD), the industry's self-regulatory organization, where he developed foundational knowledge of securities regulation and industry standards. He subsequently held senior roles in private banking at City National Bank and served as Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel at Electronic Trading Group, LLC. Gregg also founded and operated a successful Allstate Insurance and Financial Planning Agency, demonstrating entrepreneurial leadership and business acumen.

Gregg holds a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the State University of New York. He is a licensed member of the New York State Bar.

Outside of work, Gregg is a devoted family man with four adult children and two young grandchildren. He enjoys exercise, spending quality time with his extended family, and fishing.
